stories of impact

The work on belonging and building progressive, anti-racist, inclusive organisations is vast! It requires trust, care and love; it’s a careful balance of challenge and support; it needs creativity and imagination; it requires strong strategic thinking and a commitment to real action. When we think about the impact we have, it is multi-layered – it can be equally about growth in confidence as creating a new initiative that makes a difference. It can be a shift in perspective or in how we go about things. It can be a big "aha!" or it can be the learning that’s come from working through the tricky stuff.

On this page, you will find interviews conducted by our wonderful colleague Efun Coker, in which she speaks to current and previous clients of ours. These conversations offer an insight into what it's like to work with us, and how we help organisations navigate journeys of positive change.
